Devin is for engineering teams that want an autonomous agent working in the cloud or on their own machine, testing in its own browser and carrying work through to a merge-ready PR. The release notes show where it's heading: Devin Oncall became generally available on Oct 19, watching Slack, Teams and PagerDuty to triage alerts and post a likely root cause, and Devin Review added Bitbucket Cloud support on Oct 21. It suits teams that want an agent on incidents and code review, not just new features. Source
